Xmatic

The Xmatic is Struers' most advanced fully automatic specimen preparation system, integrating automatic loading/unloading, grinding, polishing, and cleaning into a single platform. A robotic arm enables fully unattended specimen transfer throughout the process — operators simply set the programme and load the specimen batch, and the system autonomously completes all preparation steps. Its high-throughput design (24 specimens per cycle) and 24-hour unattended operation capability significantly reduce labour costs while ensuring absolute batch-to-batch consistency.
