CitoPress-30

Cold-cure two-component mounting press, room-temperature epoxy/acrylic resin system for heat-sensitive specimens, with <0.1% shrinkage for precision edge retention.

The CitoPress-30 is designed for specimens that cannot withstand hot compression mounting, using a two-component cold-cure resin system that completes mounting at room temperature. Its ultra-low shrinkage rate (<0.1%) ensures specimen edges remain fully intact after mounting — no gap forms due to shrinkage — making it especially suitable for coating thickness measurement and precision edge analysis. The compact body design saves laboratory bench space, and the operation procedure is straightforward and fast.

Key Features

  • Room-temperature cure — no heating, suitable for heat-sensitive materials
  • Shrinkage <0.1% — excellent edge retention
  • Compatible with 30 mm and 40 mm mould sizes
  • Automatic two-component mixing system — precise and consistent ratio
  • Transparent resin option — facilitates specimen orientation
  • Compact benchtop design — small footprint

Applications

  • Electronic component and PCB cross-section analysis
  • Thin coating and electroplated layer edge retention measurement
  • Brittle ceramic and glass material mounting
  • Solder joint and solder paste cross-section inspection
  • Polymer and rubber material specimen preparation
